Job description

As a Training Impact Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between global quality implementations and local site readiness. You will be the primary data lead responsible for identifying how global changes affect local training curricula, ensuring that all personnel remain compliant and properly trained during large-scale system transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Analysis: Pull and analyze complex datasets from Veeva Vault and site Change Request (CR) systems to map local training items to global quality standards.
Reporting & Verification: Execute impact reports to assist Global Process Owners (GPOs) and L&D teams in verifying accurate training assignments for all affected roles.
Curriculum Management: Collaborate with L&D to evaluate, revise, or deactivate site-level training items to maintain strict alignment with GxP requirements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Develop draft training matrices for proposed changes and facilitate discussions with L&D stakeholders to document and execute implementation paths.
Compliance Monitoring: Perform post-implementation audits to identify training gaps and support rapid remediation to ensure sustained regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma (required).
Experience: 1-3 years in Learning & Development, training coordination, or Quality Systems within a GxP-regulated industry (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or Medical Devices).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically Veeva Vault, is highly preferred.
Attributes: Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
