Responsibilities
As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
  • Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's curriculum.
  • Manage effective classroom transitions.
  • Supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
  • Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
  • Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child's development and classroom happenings.

Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • CDA, Associate's, Bachelor Degree or higher education in Early Childhood Development or Education and/or related field.
  • 35-40hr Professional Development Trainings completed through our online Quorum portal
  • Willing to work 9:00-6:00 Shift, Monday-Friday

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
