Job description

This is an ONSITE role. Applicants MUST currently be able to commute to our Schaumburg office 3 days a week.
The Supply Chain Growth Analyst is responsible for the delivery of profitability enhancing solutions including effective backend design and development of scalable analytics platforms. The SCGA will lead in the development of future products and data architectures to enhance Value Chain Services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead in development and enhancement of profitability consulting platforms, including Cost to Serve and Price Optimization.
  • Design and develop solutions supporting growth, improved user experience, improved processes and scalability.
  • Participate in and complete time-bound profitability projects within budget and deliver results to customers in concise reports and effective presentations.
  • Participate in cross-functional, cross-discipline teams to enhance/set architectural direction for key business initiatives. Gain understanding of Value Chain supply chain platforms and assist with projects when necessary.
  • Partner with IT to solve stakeholders' issues by eliciting and translating business requirements into technological and process improvement solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership across a broad scale of supply chain and reporting tools.
  • Develop standards, patterns, and best practices for processes & reporting.
  • Understand target user needs and ensure solutions deliver positive outcomes.
  • Manage & support a portfolio of projects for Value Chain as assigned.
  • Establish well-defined milestones and deliverables, ensuring consistent monitoring and adherence to planned schedules at each stage.
  • Coordinate user interactions for project activities, including requirements, testing and validation.

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Skilled in BI tools preferably in Tableau, SQL queries and Database concepts.
  • Understanding the financial impact of decisions regarding customer service, pricing, warehousing and delivery.
  • Successful experience with business process modeling and mapping requirements to technology.
  • Financial, mathematical and/or database programming acumen.
  • Effective communicator of business impact of design, dependencies and process.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others, lead actions, and adapt to change.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction, "think big", and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology hype
  • High-energy teammate with a positive attitude.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • MBA or bachelor's degree in finance, economics, supply chain management, engineering, mathematics or related field preferred
  • 3 years of professional experience in finance, distribution or supply chain analytics. Experience in distribution a plus.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, with hands-on experience in Tableau preferred
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including query development and database fundamentals
  • APICS Certification (CSCP or CPIM or CLTD) a plus.

The Anticipated Base Salary Range for this position:
$75,000 - $95,000
Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.
