You asaFacilitator, Talent Developmentwill deliver high-impact training across the business while also contributing to the design and improvement of learning programs. This hybrid role supports both delivery during peak periods and continuous enhancement of our training offerings.

Key Responsibilities as a Facilitator:

Training Facilitation

  • Deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences in both in-person and virtual environments

  • Adapt facilitation style to suit diverse audiences, learningobjectives, and delivery formats

  • Lead train-the-trainer sessions to enable leaders and SMEs to deliver programs within their teams

  • Build strong knowledge of program content to effectively guide discussions and support learning transfer

  • Communicate with participants on pre- and post-training requirements to ensure completion and engagement

  • Travel across Canada to deliver in-person sessions, asrequire

  • Represent the Talent Development team with professionalism and credibility across business units

Program Design & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the design and development of learning programs during periods of lower facilitation demand

  • Contribute to training materials including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant resources, and activities

  • Partner with Instructional Designers and Program Managers to refine learningobjectives, flow, and delivery approaches

  • Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve learning content

  • Support the development of facilitator enablement tools and evaluation methods to measure effectiveness

Is this the right role for you?

  • 3-5 years of experiencefacilitatingtraining or workshops in a corporate or professional environment

  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills across both virtual and in-person settings

  • Ability to confidently deliver content developed by others

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Canada

  • Experience supporting instructional design or content development is an asset

  • Background in Learning & Development or adult education is preferred

  • The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000
