About the Role

The Learning & Development team is hiring a Senior Associate, L&D to support our ambitious Tech Team growth. This is a critical role focused on restructuring and elevating the onboarding experience, as well as addressing all learning and development needs for our newly formed Tech teams.

We are looking for a visionary instructional expert who will not only support the design of market-leading onboarding and learning experiences but also play a critical role in establishing and championing a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation within our new Tech team.

  • Partner closely with Enterprise L&D points of contact (POCs) and Tech partners to leverage, adapt, and build upon existing global strategies while fostering strong cross-border working relationships.

  • Act as the primary L&D contact for Tech leaders and SMEs to gather information and validate training materials and programs

  • Support efforts to promote a culture of growth and innovation within Tech teams by creating clear learning paths and development opportunities

  • Assist the L&D Manager in implementing strategies designed to drive high levels of engagement and retention among Tech associates

  • Support internal communications and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build a strong, unified team identity

  • Optimize the use of internal learning technologies to ensure seamless content delivery and easy access for all team members

  • Implement robust evaluation strategies to measure L&D program effectiveness regarding engagement and team performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to quickly develop trusted relationships and navigate networks to find the right people

  • Strong change management skills

  • Ability to influence up and across multiple levels

  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment

  • Proven ability to execute on multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills

  • Effective problem solving and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
