Pay Range: $73,000 - $80,000

YOUR ROLE

Supporting the Talent Development & Learning team activities.  Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing the day to day needs of various learning initiatives ; supporting talent development key actions (e.g., onboarding, performance process, development/succession planning,  employee engagement survey, etc.); Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Management System (TMS) Super User. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Oversee the NORTAM Orientation program - manage materials, train facilitators, ensure the quality of the program, maintain the Onboarding Dashboard and other tasks as needed.
  • Support administrative tasks for the Training Programs (mainly Tangram programs) ; tasks include purchasing materials, managing inventory, assisting with registration, rosters, catering, invoices, certificates
  • Talent Team Data Subject Matter Expert - manage data collection and analysis to partner with Program Managers to drive data driven decision making.
  • Support the Talent Development & Learning Nortam team with annual performance process, people review, succession planning with annual planning, training materials, communications, reporting and data analysis.
  • Provide program and platform management for the development tools such as SHL, 360s, and Digital Coaching
  • Administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Management System (TMS) - create new items, manage assignment profiles, schedule events, maintain and audit all training records

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma with corporate experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in corporate setting
  • 2 of L&D experience, preferred

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

  • Data Analysis
  • Technical Skills in working with LMS
  • MS Office at an Intermediate Level.
  • Knowledge of Design, Development, and Evaluation of Training Content. preferred
  • MS Office at an Intermediate to Expert Level, preferred
