Job Title: Learning & Content Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Learning & Content Manager to shape how TOCA teammates learn, grow, and stay connected across all centers and support teams.
This role owns TOCA's learning systems, content strategy, and training experience across the U.S. and Canada-ensuring teammates have access to clear, engaging, and up-to-date learning that drives performance, consistency, and culture.
Sitting at the intersection of systems, content, and people, you will bring structure to training, clarity to communication, and energy to how teams engage with learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, simplifying complex information, and creating learning experiences that teams actively use and value.
Your Game Plan
LMS & Learning Systems Management (30%)
  • Own and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is intuitive, organized, and scalable
  • Manage system structure, user access, and troubleshooting to drive adoption and ease of use
  • Continuously improve how learning is delivered, accessed, and experienced across the platform

Content Strategy & Knowledge Management (25%)
  • Develop and maintain a centralized content strategy across all departments
  • Create, organize, and update training materials, SOPs, and operational playbooks
  • Ensure consistency in how content is structured, written, and presented across the organization
  • Establish and manage a regular cadence to review, update, and streamline learning materials

Content Creation & Training Programs (25%)
  • Design engaging eLearning and training content using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar platforms
  • Build just-in-time training to support key operational moments (events, camps, programs)
  • Support onboarding programs for both center teammates and support office teams
  • Develop ongoing learning experiences that reinforce performance and growth
  • Own key programs that connect field and support teams through shared learning

Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution (10%)
  • Partner with People & Culture, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Experience teams to support training and content needs
  • Act as the central content partner for new initiatives, program rollouts, and operational updates
  • Manage and maintain a cross-functional content calendar across training, compliance, and key initiatives

Engagement, Data & Continuous Improvement (10%)
  • Drive adoption of learning programs through engaging experiences, gamification, and communication
  • Track usage, completion rates, and performance metrics across learning programs
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and relevance
  • Make recommendations that improve learning outcomes, teammate performance, and operational consistency

Qualifications & Experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in learning & development, content management, or training program design
  • Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience creating eLearning content using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar platforms
  • Strong content organization, writing, and communication skills
  • Experience building scalable training programs across multiple teams or locations
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable learning
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve learning outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally across departments
