What you'll do:
Content Production:
  • Develop digital learning assets including microlearning videos, job aids, system training, and eLearning modules

Template-Based Development:
  • Utilize standardized templates, tools, and design frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency

AI-Enabled Content Creation:
  • Leverage AI tools to generate scripts, visuals, voiceovers, and learning components to accelerate production

System & Process Training Content:
  • Create clear, practical content to support tools, workflows, and operational processes

Quality & Brand Adherence:
  • Ensure all content aligns with QXO brand standards, quality guidelines, and user experience expectations

Content Updates & Maintenance:
  • Maintain and update existing content to reflect process changes, system updates, and business needs

Workflow Execution:
  • Execute work through established intake and production workflows, including Monday.com tracking and SLAs

Collaboration with L&D:
  • Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to translate requirements into finished content

Success Measures:
  • High volume of content produced with consistent quality
  • Reduced cycle time from intake to delivery

What you'll bring:
Experience:
