Key Responsibilities
Core E-Learning Development and Interactive Design
  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe CC, Camtasia, and Rise.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to convert complex telecom concepts into engaging learning content.
  • Integrate multimedia elements (video, audio, simulations) to enhance learner engagement.
  • Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility.
  • Conduct usability testing and implement feedback-driven improvements.
  • Create content in multiple formats including: videos, animations, storyboards, scripts, eLearning modules, instructor-led trainings/workshops, and job aids.
  • Expertly manages complex portfolio of projects. Prioritizes and completes tasks efficiently, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Manage a variety of course-hosting platforms.

Program Development & Execution
  • Build and manage a comprehensive eLearning program aligned with organizational goals.
  • Define and implement a scalable eLearning maturity model based on industry best practices.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of course development-from ideation to delivery.

Instructional Design & Pedagogy
  • Apply instructional design principles and pedagogical frameworks to technical content.
  • Ensure learning experiences are engaging, effective, and tailored to technical audiences.
  • Communicate rational behind design decisions.

Standards & Documentation
  • Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and documentation for repeatable processes.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $83,813 to $119,733 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
