Job Summary

The LMS & Learning Experience Analyst, Sr. plays a pivotal role in supporting the evolution, optimization, and long-term success of Cirrus’ enterprise Learning technologies and experiences. This role serves as a key contributor to the upcoming Talent/LMS RFP process, future-state system design, continuous improvement of HRIS-supported talent processes and implementations. The LMS & Learning Experience Analyst, Sr. will partner closely with HRIS/People Analytics, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to ensure our Talent & Learning systems enable an engaging, scalable, and strategic employee development ecosystem. This role serves as the primary LMS point of contact within the Enterprise Services functions (IT, Finance, HR, Legal) supporting training coordination, production and course completion tracking. Additionally, this role designs high-quality, modern learning and development content that supports leadership development programs, organizational change management initiatives, and enterprise talent pipeline strategies. The ideal candidate blends strong technical aptitude in Talent/LMS tools with instructional design capabilities and excels at partnering across stakeholders to enhance the employee experience. This position will be part of the Talent & Organization Effectiveness team within HR.

Duties and Responsibilities

Talent & Learning Systems Governance
  • Support governance, configuration, and optimization of Talent/LMS platform structures (permissions, roles, learning paths, skills libraries, content organization standards).
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage system updates, and partner with HRIS to ensure system stability and a positive end-user experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and maintain data, process, and content governance standards.
  • Identify system gaps and propose future-state capabilities that enhance the enterprise talent ecosystem.
  • Design, administer and track completion of trainings for managers, HRBPs, content owners, and end users.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact in the RFP and future implementation for a new Talent & Learning system, supporting discovery, requirements gathering, vendor demonstrations, and evaluation.
Learning Experience Design
  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content aligned to leadership development, manager capability building, talent pipelines, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Create multimedia learning assets using tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe, or MS Office Suite—translating complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, visual quality, and alignment with program goals.
  • Develop assessments, learning activities, and supporting materials that drive engagement and measurable impact.
Talent Development & Program Enablement
  • Support talent program owners with content development for leadership academies, onboarding refreshes, and culture/engagement programs.
  • Ensure talent and learning content is connected across the employee lifecycle and aligned to capability frameworks and organizational priorities.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Business and Functional leaders to understand needs and translate them into system-supported learning and talent experiences (e.g., Training on AI, Respect in the Workplace, Managing Within the Law)
Continuous Improvement & Analytics
  • Monitor the effectiveness of talent and learning content, leveraging system reporting and user data to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance user adoption, learning experience quality, and talent system utilization.
  • Support learning/talent data reporting needs by establishing standards for accuracy, naming conventions, and governance; Provide key insights and recommendations to the Learning Council.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, project management, learning & development, instructional design
  • 4-7 years’ experience managing training data from planning to completion
  • Knowledgeable in Learning Management Systems such as UKG and Ultipro; and Instructional Design software such as Articulate 360, Azure, Canva and MS Office Suite
  • Facilitate and lead a diverse group to build collaborative and functional relationships.
  • Drive engagement and alignment, consistency and collaboration around training approach, coaching philosophy, and the standardization of training procedures.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills across stakeholders and functions.
  • Create and distribute digital and physical training content for appropriate customer needs.
  • Measures the success of learning initiatives, programs, and materials; make improvements and adjustments to increase learning engagement and retention.
  • Effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
  • Proven creativity with experience in visual/multimedia design (graphics, video, etc.)
