Senior Learning Operations Specialist

The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

What You'll Be Doing
Leads the development and coordination of integrated learning systems, programs and workstreams by streamlining program management practices, supporting integrations and enhancements, and designing scalable cross-workstream processes and frameworks. Partners with leadership and crossfunctional teams to prioritize divisional work, define data and metrics, analyze impact, guide change adoption, manage vendors, and ensure learning solutions effectively build drive teammember capability and performance.
  • Develop and implement methods to streamline program management practices, system productivity and learner experience aligned to future L&TD needs.
  • Partner with L&TD leadership to prioritize division-level work, sequencing and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the functional owner supporting integrations, optimization efforts and enhancement roadmaps in coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Determine data requirements. establish metrics and perform analysis to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
  • Develop cross-workstream processes, SLAs and manage initiative lifecycles.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams through initiatives that enhance outputs.
  • Facilitate change plans for division-level initiatives and measure adoption.
  • Assess and recommend learning portfolio requests, templates and knowledgebases.
  • Manage vendor delivery by setting expectations, monitoring performance and ensuring outcomes.

  • Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • 5-7 years of prior relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Advanced communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills to lead crossfunctional learning initiatives and manage portfolios of work
  • Deep knowledge of learning technologies, program management practices and learning principles, with strong capability in data analysis and impact measurement
  • Ability to translate learning data and business needs into scalable solutions that improve learning effectiveness and adoption
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, balance competing priorities and guide teams through change
  • Demonstrated capability to establish processes, metrics and governance while ensuring compliance and audit readiness across programs
