We're searching for a highly qualified Project Manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.

Objectives of this role:

  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Responsibilities:

  • Grant Application Management: Lead the development and submission of grant applications for innovation and sustainability projects, particularly those related to EU funding opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights needed for compelling grant proposals.
  • Research and Development: Identify and pursue research and development funding opportunities in renewable energy and sustainability sectors. Stay updated on trends and developments in funding schemes to align project initiatives accordingly.
  • Education and Training Programs: Design and implement funding strategies for renewable energy and sustainability education and training courses. Develop partnerships with educational institutions and organizations to promote training programs and ensure program quality.
  • Solar Energy Systems Construction: Oversee projects related to the construction of solar energy systems, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, funding organizations, and community partners to promote project objectives and enhance funding prospects. Conduct presentations and reports to stakeholders on project progress, outcomes, and financial performance.
  • Project Evaluation and Reporting: Develop project evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of funded projects. Prepare comprehensive reports for investors and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and financial outcomes.
