As Senior Manager, Global Talent Management & Development, you will design learning and development strategies that strengthen organizational capability and align to our priorities. Partnering with leaders, HR, and multiple teams, you will build scalable learning experiences that enhance leadership capability, professional skill development, and AI readiness across the organization. We are looking for a hands-on program manager who can balance high-level strategy with detailed execution.
About the Job
Curriculum Delivery
  • Identify critical enterprise capabilities and translate our priorities into scalable learning curricula and development pathways.
  • Design learning approaches/programs focused on manager capability, leadership development, professional skills, and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Build engaging learning experiences across in-person, virtual, blended, and on-demand formats.
  • Develop curated learning experiences, workshops, development events, and multi-modal learning journeys that strengthen employee and leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with team members and external experts to create learning experiences, including latest topics related to AI and workforce transformation.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences that inspire participation, capability building, and behavior change.

AI Learning & Change Enablement
  • Support AI learning strategies that help employees and leaders adopt AI-enabled tools and evolving ways of working.
  • Design learning experiences focused on AI-human collaboration, digital fluency, and responsible AI usage.
  • Stay informed on latest trends in AI learning, workforce transformation, and skills development to evolve learning solutions.

Manager & Leader Enablement
  • Design and support programs that strengthen manager effectiveness, coaching capability, collaboration, and team leadership.
  • Develop practical tools, frameworks, and resources that help leaders embed desired behaviors and processes into everyday work.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify development opportunities and recommend scalable learning solutions.

Program Management & Execution
  • Lead talent development programs end-to-end, from strategy development through detailed execution, partner agreement, communications, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Operate at multiple altitudes-shaping long-term capability strategies while also driving the detailed execution required to deliver high-quality learning experiences at scale.
  • Manage timelines, vendors, budgets, logistics, and learning operations to ensure delivery and adoption.
  • Apply operational and financial discipline to evolving our needs.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and insights to improve.

About You
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or related fields.
  • Experience designing manager, leadership, and professional skill development programs.
  • Experience developing scalable learning curricula, learning pathways, and blended learning experiences tied to our priorities.
  • Facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and experiential learning expertise.
  • Experience supporting organizational change programs and workforce capability development related to AI or digital transformation.
  • Understanding of AI-human skill development, change management principles, and latest workforce trends.
  • Program management skills, and manage the operational details required to implement complex programs.
  • Partner management, across multiple organizational levels, skillset.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed, or global organizations.
  • Experience partnering with external learning vendors, facilitators, and content providers.
  • Familiarity with change management and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, or future-of-work plans.
  • Familiarity with traditional and AI-enabled learning authoring tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia, and similar technologies).
  • Experience with employee growth, leadership development, and organizational culture.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $136,000 - $195,000 per year We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. We will base the amount an employee will earn within the salary range on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
