About the role

We're looking for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager who will serve as the end-to-end owner of non-technical learning programs for a specific corporate function or Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role manages the full program lifecycle, from learning needs analysis and measurement planning through execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement. You'll partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business priorities.

Working cross-functionally, both internally and with external vendors, you'll bring operational rigor and initiative to programs supporting our 2030 strategy. This role demands someone who can operate independently, take initiative, and show up with confidence and credibility.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end approach for designing, building, and delivering prioritized learning solutions by engaging and directing functional partners (e.g., instructional designers, SMEs, vendors).
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and logistics using tools such as Wrike, ensuring seamless delivery and a high-quality participant experience.
  • Translate enterprise learning frameworks and standards into practical, business-relevant solutions, balancing local context with consistency and quality.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring quality deliverables, cost accountability, and alignment with program objectives.
  • Enable strong rollout and adoption by planning communications, change support, and integration into business rhythms (leader enablement, reinforcement, sustainment).
  • Monitor learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative insights (feedback, adoption, learning data, business/skill outcomes where available) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support facilitation as needed (virtual and/or in-person), including leading sessions or enabling other facilitators to deliver consistently high-quality experiences.
Qualifications

What you'll bring (preferred)

  • Experience in learning & development as a consultant/partner (needs analysis, solutioning, stakeholder management).
  • Strong portfolio/program management skills, including prioritization and governance.
  • Ability to influence leaders and navigate ambiguity in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with learning measurement and using data to drive decisions.
  • Drive to stay current on development trends and leverage AI tools to scale repeatable tasks, improve consistency, and enhance program quality.
  • Facilitation experience in virtual and/or in-person environments.

Education/Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred (Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Business, or related field); 7+ years in learning & development, organizational development, talent management or related field, including program management, facilitation, and coaching.
  • Demonstrated experience developing leaders across levels in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management skills; experience managing budgets and vendors.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
