  • Develop engaging learning materials, tools, and communications
  • Facilitate training sessions and OD programs (in-person and virtual)
  • Manage program logistics, communications, and LMS updates
  • Create and maintain project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify risks
  • Analyze program data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including communication strategies and learning interventions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in learning, training, OD, or program coordination
  • Experience participating in organizational change management efforts, including communication planning, stakeholder readiness, adoption activities, and learning interventions that support business transformation
  • Experience working with or presenting to leaders (Director level or above)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build effective relationships across a complex organization

Competencies

  • Self-directed: Works independently and drives work forward with minimal guidance
  • Stakeholder management: Builds strong, credible relationships across levels
  • Consultative mindset: Translates business needs into effective learning solutions
  • Analytical thinking: Uses data to evaluate effectiveness and inform improvements
  • Collaboration & influence: Works cross-functionally and influences without direct authority

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite in Yonkers, NY
  • Occasional travel to local sites as needed
Ideal Candidate
  • Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
