Position Specific Description

This Learning and Development Specialist role focuses on designing, developing, and facilitating comprehensive learning programs while serving as a strategic consultant to business unit leaders on performance improvement, employee engagement, career development, and talent management initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders to conduct performance analyses, identify training gaps, and determine learning needs based on current and future strategic plans, then research and recommend optimal instructional methods ranging from instructor-led sessions to e-learning platforms. Core responsibilities include managing all phases of instructional systems design, leading multiple training projects from assessment through evaluation, facilitating professional development programs including new hire orientation and corporate culture initiatives, and supporting program management activities such as vendor selection and logistics coordination.
