What You'll Be Doing

As our Learning & Development Consultant you'll play a critical role in developing recruiters from their first day through every stage of their career.


Your Responsibilities

✅ Design, deliver, and continuously enhance Harnham's recruitment training programs

✅ Lead onboarding and classroom training for all new hires

✅ Coach recruiters through live desk-side mentoring, call coaching, role-playing, and one-on-one development sessions

✅ Train consultants on:
