Position Summary

The Industrial Engineeris responsible foroptimizingmanufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading large-scale projects including production line relocations, plant layout redesigns, and facility moves. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver cost savings, productivity gains, and seamless transitions during major operational changes.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma
- Conduct workflow analysis, line balancing, and capacity planning
- Implement cost reduction and productivity initiatives
Facility & Line Move Project Leadership
-Partner with leadershipin theexecution of production line moves and facility transitions
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Oversee installation, validation, and ramp-up
Plant Layout & Industrial Design
- Design optimized plant layouts
- Improve material flow and space utilization
- Support facility planning initiatives
Data Analysis & Performance Management
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks
- Develop KPIs and dashboards
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, and EHS

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineeringor related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience withhigh impactline movesor facility transformations
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
- CAD proficiency
- Strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Six Sigma certification
- Automotive or heavy manufacturing experience
