In this important role, you'll lead nursing staff training and development efforts, ensuring our team delivers the highest quality care to our residents.
This is a great opportunity for an RN with at least 1 year of experience who wants to take a step into a leadership role and make a real difference.
What You'll Do:
  • Design and lead comprehensive orientation programs for new nursing staff
