Position Overview

The Culture & Leadership Development Associate ensures seamless operational execution of culture and leadership initiatives across FUJIFILM Biotechnologies. The associate manages logistics, scheduling, communications, LMS administration, vendor coordination, and participant support to enable high-quality program delivery aligned with the 9 People Fundamentals and the "People First" culture. The role drives consistency, accessibility, and accurate reporting across sites while supporting change-readiness and DEI commitments. Reports to the local P&C Manager via the Culture & Leadership Development Manager.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for programs: scheduling, invitations, rosters, rooms/virtual setup, materials, and tech support.
  • Administer the LMS: course builds, enrollments, reminders, evaluations, transcripts, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate communications and marketing (campaigns, intranet pages, calendars); maintain program resources and FAQs.
  • Support vendor sourcing and administration: SOWs, PO processing, invoice reconciliation, and quality checkpoints.
  • Track attendance, completions, and feedback; produce routine reports and dashboards.
  • Provide participant support; triage inquiries and resolve access or scheduling issues.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Assist with surveys and data collection; ensure data accuracy and privacy compliance.
  • And other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Basic Requirement / Certifications 

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and no previous professional experience.
  • Desirable to have 1-3 experience in HR/Training coordination, L&D operations, or administrative project support.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, virtual meeting tools, and basic reporting.
  • Knowledge of adult learning logistics; familiarity with DEI and change communications is a plus.
