Excentium, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned small business that provides Cyber Security Engineering, Information Assurance (IA), management, Certification and Accreditation (C&A), and other IT services to government and commercial organizations.
We have an opportunity for a Technical Lead / Solution Architect supporting one of our Federal customers

Position Summary
Design and oversee the technical architecture for a major government healthcare organization's ServiceNow implementation. Lead technical decision-making, ensure solution integrity, and mentor the development team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end solution architecture on ServiceNow platform
  • Define integration patterns for connections with government enterprise systems
  • Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices
  • Lead technical design reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Expert Services on platform configuration and customization
  • Oversee data model design supporting large-scale healthcare data with multi-source reconciliation
  • Ensure solution meets FedRAMP security requirements and federal ATO standards
  • Mentor development team and conduct code reviews

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise IT architecture experience, with 5+ years on ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
  • Experience designing healthcare IT solutions with HL7/FHIR integrations
  • Strong understanding of FedRAMP and federal security requirements
  • Experience with federal healthcare systems preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
Certification Requirements:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
