Lead Researcher

We're looking for a Lead Researcher who can help us ensure we are delivering a world class sales service for our clients

About Us

Cold Email Studio (https://www.coldemail.studio) is a service that sends outbound email campaigns for the top Silicon Valley startups. Our clients are worldclass startup founders backed by y-combinator, 500 startups, techstars, etc.

Our outbound process starts with highly-accurate research on target audiences. It then continues through email outreach campaigns in order to set qualified customer appointments for our clients. Our customers benefit from targeted leads, a predictable sales pipeline and increased revenues.

In order to meet the growing demand from new and existing clients, we are expanding our talented research team and are looking for great candidates. We're a small team and we'll give you all the support you need to succeed.

About the Role

Our Lead Researchers are responsible for building highly targeted prospect lists for our outbound email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research contact information for sales leads
  • Work with various online tools and databases to enrich leads
  • Validate all emails to ensure deliverability
  • Record all lead details in master database

About You

We're open to hearing from people with varying levels of experience. But, here are some essential requirements for the role:

Must Haves:

  • Experience working in a similar role

  • Experience with spreadsheets
  • Intermediate written and spoken English
  • Experience working with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospect databases such as Zoominfo, Apollo.io, Uplead, etc.

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience working with Zoominfo
  • Experience working with startups is a plus
  • Experience working remotely
  • Experience working in sales development

Salary and Benefits

  • Your salary will be in the range of $1000 to 1,500 per month depending on experience.
  • Discretionary quarterly bonus
