Position Overview

Are you a tech-forward researcher who geeks out on AI tools, automation workflows, and finding the people everyone else can't? We're looking for a Market Intelligence – Executive Recruiting Researcher to join our executive search team — and help us raise the bar on how talent research gets done.

In this role, you'll be at the intersection of data, technology, and human intelligence. You'll use AI-driven sourcing tools (think ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo), build automated workflows, and own the end-to-end candidate research process across multiple high-impact executive searches. No two days look the same, and the right person will love it that way.

What you'll do:

  • Map markets and identify top executive talent using AI-enhanced sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain automation pipelines to streamline candidate discovery and CRM data flow
  • Develop long and short lists based on client search strategies and position profiles
  • Surface market intelligence, compensation insights, and diversity outreach strategies
  • Partner with recruiters and clients to refine targets and present research findings

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of research or sourcing experience, ideally in executive search or talent intelligence
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and AI sourcing platforms
