We're growing our Mining team and looking for a driven Project Coordinator who's ready to be at the heart of minesite operations. In this sitebased role, you'll travel to mining locations across the U.S., working shouldertoshoulder with our field teams to keep daily activities running smoothly. From realtime coordination and progress tracking to supporting operational execution, you'll play a key part in delivering safe, efficient, and highperformance mining projects.

  • Interpret mine plans, operational drawings, and project specifications to support field supervisors and crews

  • Perform quantity calculations, production tracking, and daily progress reporting

  • Assist in developing shift plans, work packages, and operational sequencing for minesite activities

  • Support surveying and layout tasks, including verification checks, control point management, and asbuilt data collection

  • Compile and verify daily labor timesheets, production logs, and operational reports

  • Participate in safety reviews, toolbox talks, and minesite safety meetings

  • Coordinate and schedule materials, consumables, and equipment to meet operational timelines

  • Assist with organizing crews, equipment assignments, and workarea logistics

  • Provide oversight and coordination support to field operations and contractor activities

  • Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with technical documentation and drafting

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in field engineering, project coordination, or a similar role within mining

  • Proven track record supporting multiphase mining or resourcesector projects

  • Education in engineering, construction management, mining technology, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools such as Primavera

  • Experience with operational planning software, 3D model viewers, and document management systems

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead coordination efforts and confidently engage with stakeholders

  • Solid understanding of project processes including setup, documentation control, RFIs, change management, and closeout

  • Demonstrated leadership, problemsolving abilities, and a proactive approach to field coordination

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Willingness to travel and remain onsite for the duration of each mining project

Working Conditions:
  • Sitebased position

  • Able to meet the physical requirements of working in an operating mine, including sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75 pounds), and working in all weather conditions

  • Ability to work a nontraditional schedule that may include nights and weekends
