Description
We are seeking a fulltime team member to join our maintenance department. The hours are Monday - Friday from 4 or 5am - 12 or 1pm .
We offer a great work environment, 20% staff discount, 401k employer contribution match, and Paid Time Off!
This position pays $17.00 per hour.
Position Summary:
Our Maintenance Clerks live and breathe awesome service and provide overall department support to store sanitation and cleanliness. will assist with sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing floors, removing trash, cleaning facility, and cleaning/maintaining the outdoor area around the store.
Position Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly service, including answering questions from customers.
  • Ensure department cleaning supplies and shelf areas are clean.
  • Order products as directed.
  • Receive product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy.
  • Maintain back stock areas according to department standards.
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing floors, removing trash, cleaning facility, and cleaning/maintaining the outdoor area around the store.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and cleaning methods, techniques, and quality standards.

  • Ability to operate janitorial equipment such as floor buffers, floor cleaners and vacuums.
  • Keen attention to detail, safety and customer needs.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a cooperative environment where teamwork and constant communication is essential.

Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Required frequently - duration of assigned shift: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, twisting, lifting above shoulders, and reaching. Also operating a floor cleaning machine.
