Role Definition
Implements and continuously improves all logistics processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to define critical parameters and develop, implement, and sustain logistics process controls and continuous improvement plans.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce internal logistics process engineering standards, tools, and best practices across existing and new operations.
  • Analyze logistics workflows and material flow processes, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve process inefficiencies and constraints.
  • Lead material flow and consolidation planning, including ongoing execution to optimize space utilization, capacity, and transportation efficiency.
  • Define and execute short- and long-term strategies to address capacity constraints, such as load consolidation, off-site inventory management, and establishment of ASRS inventory min/max levels.
  • Support and execute capital purchases required to implement approved logistics and process improvement solutions.
  • Utilize and integrate the local Warehouse Management System (WMS) into overall facility layout and material flow design.
  • Own and execute Plan for Every Part (PFEP), ensuring alignment with material presentation, storage, and replenishment strategies.
  • Develop and manage returnable packaging programs (corporate and supplier), supplier packaging standards, shipment quantities, and transportation requirements.
  • Define and document material presentation standards, including yard layouts, floor presentation, racking configurations, labeling, kitting, Kanban systems, and storage requirements.
  • Create, maintain, and document facility layouts and proposed changes using AutoCAD.

Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
