Job Description:
Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, mission-focused Lead Logistics Analyst to support the U.S. Marine Corps force-on-force training operations on-site in Quantico, Virginia. The Lead Logistics Analyst supports overall site logistics performance and execution for U.S. Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System (MCTIS) operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all MCTIS training events, including development and publication of Exercise Coordinating Instructions (EXCON).
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team and coordinate HR actions, training, and professional development activities.
  • Manage site budget including labor, ODCs, facilities, vehicles, procurement approvals, and cost tracking.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, configuration control, OSHA and health and safety compliance, and equipment readiness.
  • Coordinate logistics functions including procurement, shipping and receiving, inventory management, warehousing, and fleet operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and program leadership to ensure training materials and processes reflect current system capabilities.
  • Prepare and present site status reports, readiness metrics, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions to Saab leadership.
  • Support surge requirements including non-home-site exercises, system briefs, marketing events, and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, applicable laws, safety standards, and Saab policies.
  • Engage with U.S. Marine Corps leadership and stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Apply a global perspective to training operations, emerging technologies, and future capability development.
  • Travel up to 25% annually, both domestically and internationally.

Compensation Range: $121,900 - $158,500
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Skills and Experience:
Required Qualifications:
  • Typically holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline with 15+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 13+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of U.S. Marine Corps Combined Arms Combined Arms tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Experience leading teams of 30+ personnel.
  • Experience with Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) or training systems.
  • Experience in budget management, logistics, fleet operations, and supply-chain oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience briefing senior-level audiences.
  • Currently hold, or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and passport, with ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in austere environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and leading high-performing teams in dynamic operational environments.
  • Experience communicating with senior military leaders and translating tactical realities into strategic recommendations.
  • PMP certification, formal leadership training, or equivalent professional development.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or defense contracting environments.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
