Job description

At Soul Dental, the Lead Front Desk Receptionist plays a key leadership role in the daily operation of our dental practice. This position is responsible for supporting and guiding the front desk team, maximizing the daily schedule, coordinating treatment plans, monitoring patient flow, and helping ensure that every patient leaves the office feeling happy, cared for, and confident in their treatment experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, patient-focused, and able to balance excellent customer service with the operational and production goals of the practice.

Compensation:

$27 - $29 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they step through our doors.

  • Supervise patient appointments efficiently, and communicating with dental office manager to ensure optimal scheduling in order to maximize our practice's productivity.

  • Handle patient inquiries, including billing with clarity and empathy, providing accurate information and resolving concerns promptly.

  • Coordinate with front desk receptionists and dental office manager to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication across the team.

  • Assist patient check-ins and check-outs swiftly, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.


Qualifications:
  • Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Have the ability to give patients exceptional care and service
  • Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in a dental office.

  • Proficient in Dental Software.

  • Strong understanding of treatment planning.

  • Confident in presenting treatment plans and clearly communicating with patients.
