What are Lead Development Representatives?

Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) are sales professionals responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers, known as leads, for a business. Their primary role is to initiate contact with prospects, assess their interest and needs, and determine if they are a good fit for the company’s products or services. They play a critical role in building the sales pipeline and supporting overall business growth.

Is a BDR an entry level role?
