They define, develop, test, and support technical and architectural solutions in complex environments that align to Bank Solutions product strategies and client needs. They lead delivery of high-quality software by driving standards, improving procedures, and translating ideas into technical designs.

What you will do?

Analyze technical and business procedures and develop detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

Develop, code, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install software, and recommend major changes to procedures and development activities.

Lead development of complex applications based on technical and functional specifications while helping define and adhere to technical and functional standards.

Research, define, and complete required additions and changes to financial software products, including analysis for compatibility with other systems.

Participate in strategic planning and technical discussions, translating ideas into technical designs and supported solutions.

What you must have?

8+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.

5+ years of COBOL development experience.

3+ years of experience developing, testing, and supporting financial services software products.

1+ years of experience serving as a technical lead on application enhancements or new development.

What would be nice to have?

3+ years of experience translating business procedures into detailed technical specifications.

2+ years of experience contributing to technical standards or architecture decisions in complex environments.

2+ years of experience participating in strategic planning sessions or technical roadmap discussions
