  • 6+ years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-driven, proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Why Freestone?
  • Competitive, transparent compensation model with tremendous upside.
  • Depending on your level of experience and circumstances:
    • A competitive starting base salary of $150,000 - $175,000.
    • For advisors who plan to bring clients, additional compensation structures will be discussed based on revenue projections.
  • Comprehensive support and resources including our robust investment team, wealth planning, trust and estate, client service, legal and compliance, business development and marketing team.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, 401(k) matching, life and disability insurance, parental leave, and flex spending.
  • Generous paid time off-17 days of vacation, plus 10 paid holidays, Summer Fridays.
