We are looking to add an experienced Advisor to our growing San Francisco team! We offer comprehensive support and resources including our robust investment team, wealth planning, trust and estate, client service, legal and compliance, business development, and marketing teams. We help our advisors with growth through a number of channels including seeding with existing clients and through our SAN and other channel partners in addition to supporting their organic growth efforts. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients by providing holistic and sophisticated investment analysis, financial planning, tax strategies, charitable and estate planning, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal and external advisors (CPAs, attorneys) to craft holistic, tailored wealth plans.
  • Secure high-net-worth clients from various sources including internal client transitions, our channel partners and SAN, your network, referral relationships, and COIs.
  • Utilize the comprehensive resources available including our robust investment team, wealth planning, trust and estate, client service, legal and compliance, business development, and marketing team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external advisors (CPAs, attorneys) to craft holistic, tailored wealth plans.
  • Lead and manage review meetings with your clients to ensure the objectives, goals and planning needs are up-to-date and aligned.
  • Mentor, coach and develop junior client associates and emerging advisors who support your clients.

Qualifications & Skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • CFP or industry designation preferred; S65 or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-driven, proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
