The Senior Client Advisor plays a key role in driving store performance through exceptional sales results and elevated client engagement. Recognized as a reference point on the sales floor, they lead by example, delivering memorable and sophisticated client experiences while consistently achieving individual sales and key performance indicators. Through strong product expertise, passion for fashion culture, and authentic client relationships, the Senior Client Advisor brings the Dolce & Gabbana universe to life and supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, while upholding the Maison's values, image, and standards of excellence.

MISSION

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):        

  • Lead by example on the sales floor through exceptional individual sales performance and client engagement
