Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

As a remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide therapy to clients who are looking for support with mental health concerns, daily stressors, relationships, grief, trauma, and major life changes. Your work will include listening carefully, assessing clinical needs, creating care plans, and helping clients move toward realistic treatment goals.

This position is built for an experienced LCSW who can provide thoughtful virtual care while keeping documentation, confidentiality, and professional standards on track.

Role Information

  • Location: Orlando, FL
  • Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy sessions through a secure remote platform
  • Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
  • Provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment concerns
  • Maintain session notes and treatment updates in a timely manner
  • Use sound clinical judgment when identifying risk or higher levels of care
  • Follow HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional ethics guidelines

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
  • Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
