Job description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Tucson, AZ Remote Full-Time
$115,000-$120,000 per year
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position
We're hiring an Arizona-licensed LCSW for a remote clinical position. The role is primarily focused on individual therapy, with additional responsibility for clinical records, risk procedures, and occasional case consultation.
You'll have a regular weekday schedule and work with clients throughout Arizona by secure video. The position also includes opportunities to contribute to clinical reviews and support the wider team when needed.
Key Duties
  • Manage a scheduled caseload of individual therapy clients
  • Conduct intake appointments and gather relevant clinical information
  • Determine treatment priorities and document clinical impressions
  • Maintain progress notes and treatment records in the EMR
  • Review cases and make appropriate changes to ongoing care
  • Follow established procedures for risk assessment and crisis situations

Requirements
  • Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
  • Therapy experience preferred
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and an EMR
