Role Description The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), LCSW, or LMHC will provide direct clinical services to children ages 4+ for individual and family counseling, and treatment planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely documentation, collaborating with supervisors and colleagues on complex cases, and participating in case consultations. The LMSW will help connect clients with appropriate community resources, coordinate care with other providers when needed, and support crisis intervention within their scope of practice. This is a part-time (at least 10 clients per week), on-site role located in Commack, NY, requiring regular in-person sessions and adherence to practice policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), LCSW or LMHC credential and eligibility to practice clinically.
