We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at CHE Behavioral in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. About the Role:

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at CHE Behavioral, you will be part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary team providing behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the quality of life for our older adult patients, and you will have the opportunity to work with patients and their families to achieve their individual therapeutic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients in long-term care facilities and rehabilitation centers

  • Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
