🕒 Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Day shift
• Arrive between 8:00 AM–8:30 AM
• No weekends
• No on-call requirements

💰 Pay:
Local Rate: $50/hr
Weekly Pay: $2,000/week

📋 Role Overview:
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services within an addiction recovery setting
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions in Detox, PHP, IOP, and outpatient programs
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment updates
• Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care

Requirements:
• Active Tennessee license or license eligibility (LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, LPC Temp, LMFT, LADAC, or equivalent)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
• Minimum 1 year of addiction counseling, substance abuse, or mental health experience required
• Experience facilitating group counseling strongly preferred
