Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Glendive, MT | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Pay Begins at $60,819.20 / Year
Expand Access to Behavioral Health in Rural Communities
Glendive Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our Behavioral Health team. In this role, you'll help deliver critical mental health services to individuals and families across Eastern Montana.
This is a unique opportunity to practice in both outpatient and inpatient settings while making a meaningful impact in a community where your work is truly needed.
Position Overview
The behavioral health provider is responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic treatment planning. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care and program development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide individual and group therapy services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
  • Provide consultation to staff and contribute to program development
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment plans
  • Support organizational behavioral health initiatives

Qualifications
  • Active LCSW or LCPC license required
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working with diverse mental health conditions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
