Job Summary:
The Human Institute Psychology and Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to provide essential clinical supervision and guidance to a team of provisionally licensed clinicians. The role involves nurturing professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level clinical supervision to LACs and LSWs to support their progression towards independent licensure.
  • Conduct thorough case consultations to address complex therapeutic issues and ethical challenges effectively.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and assessments to maintain best practices and compliance standards.
