Job description

Job Title: Crew Driver - Landscaping

Location: Charlotte, NC





What You Will Do:

  • Prepare trucks for the day by loading mowers and other equipment onto trucks/trailers, ensuring all equipment is secured.
  • Drive crew members to the work site.
  • Complete landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, trimming, pruning, and leaf removal.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the work site and equipment.
  • Safely operate a variety of mechanical equipment.




Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Crew transportation experience in a landscaping business preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of current landscaping experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
  • Able to read and comprehend regulations and instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, crouch, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Ability to work some evenings/weekends and during inclement weather.
