These managers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising landscaping projects, managing crews, and ensuring the health and aesthetic quality of plantings and green spaces. To thrive in Salaried Landscape Management, you need a solid background in horticulture, landscape design, and project management, often backed by a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS), budgeting tools, and irrigation or maintenance systems is typically required.
