Position Overview
The Hardscape Installation Supervisor is responsible for leading a field crew in the installation of patios, pools, and other hardscape projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of landscape construction experience, specifically with paver patio installation, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations Management

  • Lead and supervise daily hardscape installation projects
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency
  • Manage project timelines and ensure completion within budget
  • Oversee site layout, excavation, base preparation, and paver installation
  • Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and professionally maintained

Equipment & Safety

  • Operate trucks, skid steers, compactors, saws, and other hand and power tools proficiently
  • Ensure all crew members follow company safety guidelines and OSHA standards
  • Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Uphold quality standards on every phase of installation

Leadership & Customer Communication

  • Guide, mentor, and train crew members to improve skills and performance
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor productivity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the crew
  • Address client questions and concerns professionally on-site
  • Communicate project updates to management as needed

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of landscape construction experience, with strong paver patio installation expertise
  • Demonstrated leadership or crew lead experience preferred
  • Ability to read and execute project plans and layouts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
