  • Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper-based, for client records, invoices, and project documentation
  • May utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping to ensure accurate accounting practices
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for landscaping projects and appointments
  • Assist with data entry tasks, including updating client databases and project tracking sheets using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and project deadlines
