Job description

Are you an experienced Landscape Foreman, Crew Leader, or a hardworking Landscape Laborer looking for an opportunity to grow your career? We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. Whether you have years of leadership experience or you're an experienced laborer looking to advance, we provide opportunities for growth and long-term career development.

This full-time position also offers the opportunity to cross-train into a Pool Maintenance Technician role, allowing you to expand your skills in another growing trade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of landscaping duties including planting, mulching, trimming, edging, mowing, and general landscape maintenance.
  • Assist with and perform brick paver installations, including site preparation, base installation, laying pavers, cutting materials, and finishing projects to company quality standards.
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
  • Safely operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand and power tools.
  • Assist with landscape installations, cleanups, grading, and other outdoor projects.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team.
  • For experienced candidates, lead and supervise a landscaping crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure project success.
  • Track and report daily progress to management when serving in a leadership role.
  • Learn and cross-train in pool maintenance services as opportunities become available.

Qualifications

  • Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train dependable, hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience as a Landscape Foreman, Crew Leader, or Supervisor is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with brick paver installation, including site preparation, grading, laying pavers, cutting materials, and finishing work, is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Interest in learning pool maintenance and expanding your skill set.
