Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member! We are a company that values teamwork, motivation, and ownership of roles. Our crew members work with new lawns, drain tile, softscapes, and hardscape installation. If you are passionate about landscaping and have a growth mindset, we would love to hear from you!

Landscape Construction Crew Member Responsibilities

  • Planting trees and shrubs
  • Using landscaping tools such as rakes and shovels
  • Following directions from the Landscape Foreman
  • Spreading mulch, stone, and other landscaping materials
  • Availability to work days and occasionally some weekends

Landscape Construction Crew Member Qualifications

  • Experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape, and Hardscape Installation
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Positive attitude
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus but not required

Compensation: $17-$21
