Job description

Landscape Installation Foreman - This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily landscape installation operations and actively supervising a team of up to eight crew members. Reporting directly to Project Managers, the primary objective is to make sound crew decisions and execute high-quality landscape designs while fostering a safe and positive team environment.


Based in Novi, Michigan, this recognized industry leader specializes in expert landscape design-build and maintenance services. Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly salary of $22.00 to $27.00+ based on experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Five years of prior landscaping experience, which must include a minimum of two years in a leadership position.
  • Proven capability to safely and responsibly operate required landscaping tools and equipment, including skid steers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscaping tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong, dependable work ethic.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well alongside the crew as a dedicated team player.
