This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute various landscape construction projects, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Position Summary: As the Landscape Build Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of landscape construction projects. You will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to the successful execution of our clients' landscaping visions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians and laborers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and landscape designers to understand project requirements and develop detailed plans for implementation.
  • Organize and schedule daily tasks, allocating resources and materials efficiently to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee all aspects of landscape construction, including but not limited to grading, excavation, hardscaping, planting, irrigation installation, and lighting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring they are in proper working condition and safely utilized.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to address unforeseen challenges and maintain project timelines.

Requirements:
