As a Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and appearance of our clients’ properties. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, lead maintenance activities, and interact with both clients and team members.   • Diagnose lawn diseases and weed infestations to determine appropriate treatment plans

  • Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to industry standards and safety guidelines

  • Maintain accurate records of all chemical applications and treatments

  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lawn care equipment

  • Mix fertilizers and control products as needed for various applications

  • Promote a culture of safety by consistently using assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Communicate professionally with clients, field staff, and management to ensure high-quality service

  • Assist with general lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and weeding as needed

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with fertilizer and pesticide chemicals and their application methods

  • Ability to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

  • Capable of performing physical work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation

Salary: $75,000-$125,000 per year | Weekly Pay
