Job description

Nature’s Way is a locally owned company dedicated to providing exceptional landscaping services for both residential and commercial clients. As a Landscape Laborer, you will join a supportive, close-knit team that values hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude. This role offers hands-on experience in exterior maintenance across multiple departments, including Irrigation Lawncare, Landscape, Horticulture, and Interior services. Nature’s Way is committed to rewarding employee success and providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete landscaping projects and maintenance tasks.
  • Represent the company professionally through appearance and behavior at all times.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by performing quality work on client properties.
  • Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Assist with fueling trucks and equipment as needed.
  • Transport crewmates from the shop to job sites when designated as a driver.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites and at the shop.
  • Complete and submit required paperwork, such as incident reports and timesheets, accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, crew leaders, managers, and office staff.
