Eggen and Lance is a small business in Santa Rosa, CA. Co-owned by Santa Rosa Memorial Park and partnered with Matthew Disbrow, General manager, of Eggen & Lance, Fred young Funeral Home, and Santa Rosa Mortuary.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional service to families during their time of need while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, care, and ethics.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Meeting with families and arranging funeral, cremation, and memorial services
  • Embalming and preparation of decedents
  • Coordinating services, visitations, and dispositions
  • Completing necessary permits and documentation
  • Assisting with removals and on-call duties
  • Providing compassionate guidance and support to families

Qualifications:

  • Current California Funeral Director License
  • Current California Embalmer License
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid California Driver's License
